Tires Plus

Staff was extremely personable and professional! As a female unfamiliar with the auto repair industry, bringing my car to an auto shop is always a stressful, but at this location everyone there seemed honest - not trying to upsell me with wipers, and signal light bulbs that have mysteriously burnt out, etc. Instead, they explained to me what was going on with my vehicle, why they couldn’t assist me at that time due to a much larger part being needed than originally anticipated, and then gave me options to order the part to their shop and have it installed there as well. They did a full assessment of my vehicle and did not charge me for that because they were unable to assist me. I have been to several other auto repair shops in Roswell and been told something or another was unable to be fixed by that shop, but they still charge me diagnostic fees, even though they had not provided this service. I understand paying people for their time, but this shop values relationships.

I caught a flat tire leaving work but I am glad I came to Tires Plus. Jacob helped me pick out a good, affordable tire and I just appreciated his customer service and good energy. I recommend this location to anyone and I will be back when it’s time for the next three tires.

These guys were amazing today. Helped me choose good tires and gave multiple price point options. Replaced bad sensors. Very quick turnaround without even scheduling. Very happy - and the people are very nice and pleasant.

Super super helpful. They’re efficient and very patient with answering my questions. Im not well versed in much car knowledge so being able to come in with several issues to address in one appointment has helped a lot. Ive been a customer here for 5 years and through 3 managers. Kia blessed me with a lemon so being able to come here and actually have a proper appointment with competent people is appreciated. Would not have recommended this location before but as of late it has been my go to

Hello I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at TirePlus today. My morning started off on a challenging note when I discovered a flat tire, and with a busy schedule ahead, it certainly added some stress. After carefully making my way to TirePlus I walked in feeling overwhelmed, but that feeling quickly changed. Jacob and JoJo greeted me warmly and took care of my tire needs right away. They’re friendliness and prompt service truly made a difference turning a stressful situation to a positive one. I felt well taken care of and appreciated their professionalism and kindness. Thanks to their excellent customer service I left tire plus not only with my tire fixed but also with the intention of returning if I need any assistance in the future. Great job Jacob and JoJo!
